Our mission
In uniform, they call it operational planning and strategy. The civilian world has words for everything else but it.
ERETAI is the professional home for those who practice it, purpose-built to help mastery move from where it is forged to where it is needed.
Why? Because no worthy vision should fail for want of planning, and no planner’s talent should go to waste.
The cost of scattering
Graduation ended the program. It shouldn’t disband the tribe.
SAMS, SAASS, SAW, MAWS, JAWS, BSAP, JADS. Every year, these schools produce officers who can turn a commander’s intent into coherent direction. And every year, Services scatter them to fill immediate needs worldwide. Contact information goes stale. Volunteers burn out. The most capable planning community in the world becomes invisible… even to itself.
Right now, you’re in rooms with people who can’t tell the difference between someone who manages a project and someone who designs a campaign. Assignment officers don’t really know what you can do. LinkedIn doesn’t have a clean title for your skill. It’s hard for people to recognize true talent when they don’t have the words.

Why ERETAI exists
Built by one standing in the gap just like you.
ERETAI’s founder graduated from SAMS and JAWS, and went on to direct the JAWS program at NDU. He watched cohort after cohort, regardless of school, dissolve into the next assignment with no mechanism to stay connected. Years of failed attempts led to one unavoidable conclusion: to solve the problem, he would have to make it bigger. And so he established ERETAI.
